This is in two parts, and is simply to show street/market images shot in low light, or limited light, conditions. I wanted to test the new settings I have been using, in these conditions.
The settings used are :
P Mode, ISO 1600 (Auto), DR 200%, - 0.33 EV, Chrome, Color=Mid, Tone=High, Sharpness=High.
Part One - ISO 200-800
As the ISO setting was for ISO 1600 (Auto), some images turned out between ISO 200 to 800. These are shown in this first part.
All these images have been sharpened and some have had levels adjustment, been straightened and cropped.
Also, all have had slight Chroma (colour) noise reduction, but not Luminance (grain) noise reduction. Colour has not been adjusted.
Part Two - ISO 1600
All these images have been sharpened and some have had levels adjustment, been straightened and cropped. Also, all have had slight Chroma (colour) noise reduction, but not Luminance (grain) noise reduction.
Colour (yellow and red) has been adjusted. The reason for this is that at ISO 1600, yellows 'drift' toward cyan and reds toward magenta.
Cheers.
Wow! Great shots. I wish I can do similar to these w/ my HS10. Still spending time studying it and hopefully I can get winning shots later on.
