FujiFilm F550 EXR - More Sample Images From Japan

Note : Post has been updated

If you are interested in the FujiFilm F550 EXR, you may want to have a look at the Japanese IT Media web site examples.

On page four, there are a number of examples posted at high ISO's and different dynamic range (DR) values.

For the original page four, click here

For the Google Translation, click here

I found one sequence particularly interesting. If you look at the screen shot below, as best I can work out the top row is showing, from left to right, HR Mode ISO 800/1600/3200.

The second row is showing SN Mode at ISO 800/1600/3200, and the bottom image is a multi-shot image at ISO 3200. My guess is this is Pro Low Light mode where the camera takes four exposures and then combines them into one.

Update One - Below, are screen shots of the three ISO 3200 examples. These are shown as if being viewed as a 12 x 16" print prepared size.

Note : Clicking on any image will take you to a larger size

1. ISO 3200 HR Mode

2. ISO 3200 HR Mode - Sharpened

3. ISO 3200 SN Mode

4. ISO 3200 SN Mode - Sharpened

5. ISO 3200 Pro Low Light Mode

6. ISO 3200 Pro Low Light Mode - Sharpened

Update Two - On one of the photography forums I participate in, some have reported they cannot access the site via the links provided.

So, here are some new links to some of the images and below those are screenshots showing the metadata of those images as viewed in FinePix Viewer.

Clicking a link will download the original full size image.
